Please note that dispatch estimates do not include the time your parcel spends in transit. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Maximum Delivery Timeframes We aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible. In accordance with UK consumer law, we guarantee that standard orders will be delivered within 30 days of the order confirmation unless a longer period has been explicitly agreed upon prior to purchase. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our customer service team so we can investigate the matter for you.

International Shipping and Customs We are delighted to ship our products internationally. However, please be aware that parcels shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and local handling fees upon arrival in the destination country. The customer is solely responsible for paying any such charges. We cannot predict these costs and we advise you to check with your local customs office before placing an order. If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs fees, any return shipping costs incurred will be deducted from your final refund.
