Product Colour Policy
Digital Representation and Colour Accuracy We make every effort to display the colours of our products and materials as accurately as possible within our online store and custom item builders. However, please be aware that the actual colours you see will depend significantly on your monitor settings, screen resolution, and individual device calibration. Because of these technical variations, we cannot guarantee that your screen will accurately reflect the exact hue of the physical product. Subtle differences between the digital swatch and the finished item are to be expected and do not constitute a manufacturing fault.
Hardware and Component Variations To ensure a consistent supply of high quality materials, we source our hardware components from several different specialist suppliers. This includes items such as buckles, clips, studs, and other metal or plastic fastenings. Because these components are manufactured in different batches and by different providers, there may be slight variations in the shade, tone, or lustre of the hardware finish. We cannot guarantee a perfect colour match across all hardware elements or between different orders placed at different times.
Material Batches and Natural Finishes In addition to hardware variations, please note that different batches of raw materials may carry slight tonal differences. We work hard to maintain consistency across our product range, but small deviations in colour saturation or texture are a natural part of the production process. By placing an order for a custom or standard item, you acknowledge that the final product may feature these minor variations in appearance compared to the promotional photography or digital mockups provided on our website.
