Returns and Refunds Policy
Standard Returns and Cancellations Customer satisfaction is highly important to us. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To be eligible for a standard return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for unwanted items.
Custom and Bespoke Orders Due to the personalised nature of custom goods, bespoke items are strictly exempt from standard cancellation and return policies. Once production has commenced on a custom item, we are entirely unable to offer cancellations, changes, or refunds. We highly recommend reviewing your custom specifications carefully before completing your purchase. Please contact our team directly if you require further clarification before placing a custom order.
Faulty or Damaged Goods Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if any item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described. This statutory right applies to all purchases, including bespoke and custom orders. If you experience an issue with the quality of your goods, please contact our team immediately with photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.
